@Bryar-Frank this seems to make things worse for the current master branch. When I merged it on my test system it broke all of the links in the IDE appendix page. Currently the master still works fine for me except for the last two images.

I am sorry, I am unsure what the problem is because it works just fine on my computer. Not sure what I can change.
