WCAG compliance 1.4.4 Resize text

We are verifying and improving Runestone's level of WCAG compliance to Level AA, our findings are summarized on a Google Doc here. This is for guideline 1.4.4

1.4.4 Resize text: Except for captions and images of text, text can be resized without assistive technology up to 200 percent without loss of content or functionality. (Level AA)

In order to meet this guideline, there must be an option to increase the size of the text on a page. Adjusting text size must not interfere with the functionality of the page.
