WCAG Compliance 1.2.5 Audio Description (Prerecorded)

We are verifying and improving Runestone's level of WCAG compliance to Level AA, our findings are summarized on a Google Doc here. This is for guideline 1.2.5

1.2.5 Audio Description (Prerecorded): Audio description is provided for all prerecorded video content in synchronized media. (Level AA)

In order to meet this guideline, we need to make sure each video imbedded in Runestone books has an audio assistive track that blind users are able to turn on and that the descriptive tracks are correct and useful.
