WCAG Compliance 1.2.3 Audio Description or Media Alternative (Prerecorded)

We are verifying and improving Runestone's level of WCAG compliance to Level AA, our findings are summarized on a Google Doc here. This is for guideline 1.2.3

1.2.3 Audio Description or Media Alternative (Prerecorded): An alternative for time-based media or audio description of the prerecorded video content is provided for synchronized media, except when the media is a media alternative for text and is clearly labeled as such. (Level A)

For all visual prerecorded media (i.e. embedded videos), in addition to captions, audio descriptions are provided when appropriate.
