Add the ability to share a link to your code.

We are running an online course and need a way for students to be able to share their code so that others can run it and comment on it using a grading rubric. It would be nice to have a way to generate a URL like Python Tutor does so that others can get a copy of the code.

Will the code be lengthy? If so, PythonTutor might not be best.
