[Feature Request] Startup as Full Screen|启动后自动全屏

Because I want a better experience, I manually go full screen every time, which can be quite troublesome when reading a lot of comics. It would be great if the software could automatically open in full screen.

因为想有更好的体验，所以每次我都会手动全屏，当看的漫画比较多时挺麻烦的，要是软件能打开自动全屏就好了
