FR: To be able to alter the 'Run' multiplier

At present it appears that Running speed is fixed to 4 times the 'walking' speed. For most that's fine but when you use the Run Feat that changes to 5 times. I cannot see a way to change it.

Would it be possible to have a field for the run multiplier somewhere on the character sheet set to a default of 4 but can be altered for circumstances such as above.
