[Bug] 'Special' Action Type for spells causing issue.

Hello It's me a wild goblin. I've encountered a rather minor bug with spells 'special' action type. The spell it self will work as intended, but it will not remove prepared spell slots. This is a minor inconvenience, as changing the action type to 'other' allows it to remove the slot correctly.

I have not tested other items that may use the 'special' action type.
