Fatigue adds CON penalty not specified by SRD

when i look at this SRD page

I don't see a CON penalty.

additionally, if we have a Common Buff for Fatigue, should we also have one for Exhaustion? (that screen cap was from my screen when i was going to make my own, which is when i realized that CON penalty isn't in the SRD for those conditions.)
