Feature Request: spell card modification

Currently, the spell cards overview just shows the readied manuevers and "deal cards" puts available cards in hand at random (suitable for some use cases).

It would be great if the "spell card" settings could change this behavior optionally to a

-spell cards available -spell cards readied -re-ready all "discarded" spell cards

handling.
