Create a Trip roll with modifiers

Hi, a special action seems complicated to implement manually : Trip Is it possible to add this action in a sheet (PC, NPC, Monster, Minion,...) ?

Trip is a strength check opposed by STR/DEX check. With size modifiers (don't know if there's other ones like feats, spells, equipments,...). --> improved trip PHB feet adds +4
