`mel_idx_multiplier = 80./fps` what's the meaning of the value of 80?
I have a problem, every time I try to generate output it stops at 0% but the GPU is used at 100% but strangely at 1/3 maximum wattage 
(sorry,I just copy the very similar post) I don't understand python and its libraries. my knowledge is limited to ctrl c + v, thanks in advance I have Windows 7...
