Cannot pair to access last 3 characteristics

RPI: Raspberry pi 3 Phone: Android

I can read and write isAuthorized and cmd characteristics, but when i try to pair to see last 3 i can't pair.

Idk why it doesn't work, here is a screen recording of what's happening.
