Compat with other Inventory UI Modifications

Was wondering if the sidebar and utility belt could be changed to moveable UI extras (similar to inventory HUD or other mods) so we can customize where these objects are. Unsure if it's different in the inventory screen.

Currently it conflicts with other mods that add things to the UI like PatchouliButton or Scout. Unsure if it's an issue with Inventorio or with those mods but regardless, a moveable UI of where the extra bits of of Inventorio are placed would be great!
