[1.18.2] Enigmatic Legacy & Forbidden and Arcanus Compatibility

Some equipment in Enigmatic Legacy add slots in the inventory for on/off. I know there is a switch for normal inventory screen but its inconvenient. (Since the cursor is moved to the middle of the inventory) I believe that either adding the buttons needed in the Inventorio inventory screen or making the normal minecraft inventory screen the default when pressing "e" is a fix/work around the problem. (If the "Inventory Screen Toggle Button" is disabled the default should be the inventorio screen)

For Forbidden and Arcanus the "Obsidian Scull Shield" effect is not active when in the extra off hand slots.

@Lizard-Of-Oz Is it possible to make the "Inventory Screen Toggle Button" not displace the mouse to the middle of the inventory (like when you open the inventory) when you change from "Inventorio" to "normal"?
