Forge 1.18.1: Tool swap will destroy Quark Pickarang

Version 1.18.1

When throwing a quark pickarang, if it hits a mob (a very easy mistake to make), Inventorio will place a weapon into your hand and the pickarang will vanish completely from the world. This appears to have also happened when the pickarang hits gravel or wood (shovel and axe rather than sword), but I have not sought out repeating those to confirm. The mob issue I purposely replicated to bring the issue to light.

It also allows dupe. Might be related to other issues. newest version on 1.18.2

1. Have a sword in your tool slot
2. Have a pickarag in your hand
3. Throw the pickarag so it hits a mob
4. Sword will be placed in your hand (edit: not rly in your hand, i dont know how the mod works internally but something like that)
5. Pickarag will return and at the same time the sword will be placed back in your toolbelt
6. This will make the pickarag not actually vanish but turn into a ghost copy of the sword
7. Now you have two of the same sword but if you do anything with them one will vanish
8. So dont do anything with them, leave the world/server
9. When you come back you will have two perfectly working copies of the same sword

This issue is also affecting my modpack, it's a huge bummer because I and others greatly enjoy using the Pickarang :[
