"Start feature" should branch out from current active branch

• What is the current behavior?

"Start Feature" is always selecting to branch out from the "develop" branch -

• What is the expected behavior? I think there should be an option to start for the current branch in the UI. Another option is to convert the branches dropbox to a search box.

• What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior? My personal experience is that most of the time we are branching out from the branch which currently active. We can give this as an option.
