Error when I finish a release : "Reading Git repository information should not be done on the EDT"

• What is the current behavior? When I run finish release I got the following error : "java.lang.Throwable: Reading Git repository information should not be done on the EDT"

• Is this a bug? Sorry about that. If so give me explicit details how to reproduce: I cannot finish the realease with IntelliJ.

• What is the expected behavior? Merge the release to master and develop, delete the release branch.

• What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior? Use IntelliJ to finish release.

• Please tell me about your environment:

  • Gitflow4idea version: 0.7.10

  • Gitflow version: run in terminal >git flow version 1.12.3 (AVH Edition)

  • IntelliJ Help -> about > click copy icon and paste here. Should look like this:
