• What is the current behavior? Unable to save tag commit message custom settings. Restart the project and it will return to factory settings.

  

• Is this a bug? Sorry about that. If so give me explicit details how to reproduce:

1. Stores custom settings for tag commit messages.
2. Retains the settings when restarting the project.

• What is the expected behavior? Keep saved settings.
