Enable the defnition/use of more than one keymap

To let users of non-us layout keyboard be able to type in the language

(So far, it Could not find module ‘TinyApl.Keymaps’., even though I've listed in tinyapl.cabal and I can't figure out why that is)

All that would be left would be to tweak/add the keymap(s), the actual code should be done
