[Android] No visuals, crashes at title screen

Screen is completelly black; SEGA jingle plays, game crashes a little after the title screen theme starts playing.

This is as far as GPU specific; some GPUs break and others don't. I'll update this in a little bit to mark what GPUs do and don't.

it seems that on newer versions, exynos 9810 has this issue. if there was a way to download the exact version in which this got fixed, i would be very grateful, as i cannot find the apk for this version anywhere and i do not really understand coding. for further reference, my phone is a samsung galaxy s9+ with 6 gigabytes of ram and 64 gigabytes of storage. thank you for your help.
