Tags shorter than 3 characters return the wrong error message

Describe the bug If you try to enter tags shorter than 3 characters in the Player/Clan Tag field, it shows the wrong error message.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://royaleapi.com
2. Type any character that is in the allowed characters for a tag (type at most 2 characters)
3. Press search
4. See error

Expected behavior An error message detailing that tags have to be longer than 3 characters

I'm not sure that there are tags with less than 3 characters - @smlbiobot can you confirm that? ^ Ignore this, I'm dumb.
