Better play select screen

Currently the play select screen just lets you choose how to play, either Local, Online, or Computer.

It would be nice to change this screen so that it also let you choose player names, and the difficulty of the computer.

I'm imagining this to be set up in a way where up top you choose between Local, Online, or Computer as tabs. Then depending on which game type you choose the forms below will change for you to enter player names, or computer difficulty. And then below all of that could be the play button to get into the game.

Further additions and ideas for this are to:

1) Allow users to select different lengths of games. Could have "Original" for 7 tiles, "Short" with 5 tiles, and "Just a Taste" for 3 tiles.

2) The online tab could additionally have two play buttons, "Find a Game" or another option to create a link to send to a friend. The "play with a friend" option would require more backend work, with the server issue RoyalUrServer#3.

3) Let people choose their players names for games, as per issue #42. This would also require backend work with server issue RoyalUrServer#5.
