(Spike) Investigate possible companion library that provides consistent rules for common validation scenarios

This idea was born out of discussion around NumberInput validation.

We decided it was correct for validation to be devolved to the application layer with the components themselves remaining 'dumb'.

  • What would this look like from a technical POV
  • Is there demand downstream?
  • Examples of some common scenarios and rules
