Can't send tokens with decimal

I can send any amount of TRX successfully (with or without decimal), but I can't send other tokens with decimals. The Send button freeze.

Example by sending 10.4 eTRX

Confirmed, the problem seems to be on the API. "TransferAssetToView" return empty data when amount has decimal part.

Ho, sorry for the confusion. The headline of wallet-web is Tron Protocol Wallet https://tronscan.org, and I though it was the right place.

I'v just tested it and this bug still occurs on tronscan.org actually.
