Switching druid forms directly switches to humanoid set

I have essentially two item sets, one feral and one resto. I'm using the druid cat and druid bear events to equip the feral set and the druid humanoid event to equip the resto set.

However, there is an issue; when I switch directly from cat form to bear form or bear form to cat form, IR equips my resto set instead of keeping me in the feral set.
