Full support for MBC 1 to 5 controllers

Support RTC for MBC3, as well as a full implementation of Memory Bank Controllers 1 to 5.

Memory Bank Controllers 1,2,3, and 5 implemented minus RTC after PR #26. Despite what it says in the PanDocs there is no such thing as MBC4

Keep in mind that HuC3's RTC may behave differently from MBC3's RTC. To my knowledge, the exact behavior is not publicly documented. Robopon Sun/Star, which use the HuC3 chip, read the RTC in a 12-frame cycle. See also: Disassembly of Robot Poncots Sun/Star
