Implement Gameboy Color features. This should allow for playing Gameboy Color exclusive ROMs.

Most Color specific operations have been implemented including GDMA and HDMA after commit 33fc30b90d23997eccf76ea0d08647b53cad4efb. Last major graphic implementation is background priority for certain colour tiles over sprites.
