Fixing audio on watchOS and having a controls section for watchOS in the readme

I don’t know if anyone here is still active but I would love to see sound get working as Giovanni is the only other emulator and that never has had sound. Also please add a controls list or something as I’m getting confused on trying to move in menus and click buttons such as an and b.
