BUG: Weird alignment behaviors when using full version

Describe the bug Unlicensed free version has some very basic alignment controls, but when you unlock the full licensed version, things can get weird.

1 - After removing the headers, first I noticed I lost the ability to resize by dragging the bottom border of a portal. See below.

2 - Then I went to the main window to manually set values. For each position item I move, it adds these red lines to the desktop layout. They look like alignment helpers, but won't go away after I close the Portals window.

Hopefully, restarting can be a workaround to the number 2 behavior.

1. I have replicated, will try to find out why this is happening.

The red lines do go away after reboot.
