BUG: Click on header to expand not working right after having moved a Portal.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make a Portal
2. Un-expand the Portal
3. Enable "click on header to expand"
4. Move the Portal
5. Click on header : nothing happens
6. Click again : expands
7. Now it works normally but if I move it again, the first click won't work again

Expected behavior Clicking on the header should always expand the Portal, but it doesn't do it right after you moved the Portal. Restarting the app doesn't fix it. Actually, it also doesn't work if the Portal is expanded, then you moved it, then you try to un-expand it by clicking on the header. You have to click 2 times.

Screenshots You can't see me clicking but that's the moment when there's a pause.

Thanks for raising, I have replicated on my side. It only seems to affect when the header is left, right or bottom. Top seems to work ok. A bit annoying but not a major issue.

I will look into it, but on lower priority as I don't think people are constantly moving portals about.
