sometimes player can't get points by 'points give [player] [amount]'

im using playerpoints with +10 servers with velocity. when 'server A' console issued command "/points give steve 10", (Steve is online at Server B) sometimes Steve can't get points. still 0 points, after reconnect, but still same. is it bugs?
