Put a limit of points from time to time

I would like there to be the possibility of placing a function in which you can only earn a certain number of points per day or every so often that you assign. Likewise if it could be an example, for normal users 100 maximum points per day and vip ranks 200 maximum points per day, through a permit. Thanks.
