Feature request: Add silent command

Hello @Esophose,

I have a 2nd suggestion for your plugin: Would it be possible to add for the command /points give Name the function -s at the end of the command so that the player does not receive a message when points are given.

Exemple for the command: /points give Noltox 5 -s
