Crash while using phenix.rosetta_refine

Dear Rosetta developers,

I have successfully compiled the phenix-rosetta interface (see also my PR) and now I have tried to use the phenix.rosetta_refine. Unfortunately, I run into the following error: """ ERROR in job 1 ERROR: Rosetta exited with status 139 stderr output:

AN INTERNAL ERROR HAS OCCURED. PLEASE SEE THE CONTENTS OF ROSETTA_CRASH.log FOR DETAILS.

Segmentation fault (core dumped) """

Please find the corresponding ROSETTA_CRASH.log attached.

System: Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS ROSETTA: rosetta.source.release-371 PHENIX: version 1.21.2-5419
