Use for SCFV design?

Open varunmc92 opened this issue 3 weeks ago • 1 comments

Hello,

Thanks for sharing this awesome work. I want to adapt RFD3 for antibody (fab) design in the same way RFAntibody works. Can I follow the same approach as shown for nanobody design for scfv design towards a specific epitope? Additionally, for the input pdb file consisting the nanobody and antigen, do the two chains have to be making some kind of complex or can they be far apart in the pdb file and RFD3 will use the chains as is irrespective of if they are binding or not in the input pdb?

Thanks

Currently we do not have support for nanobody or antibody design with RFD3, as it requires 2d distance conditioning to specify the internal structures of the framework/target without giving the dock between them. This is in the works, and we will be excited to share once it's ready to go!
