Segmentation fault problem (could not open file)

Hello everyone

I have met the problem of "segmentation fault" when running the RoseTTAFold. I tried to remove the conda hhsuite package and used the compiled one, but the problem still exist. Below are the four stderr files.

hhsearch

make_msa

make_ss

network

It seem like the problem is caused by the the file "t000_.1e-30.a3m" could not be open.

I appreciate any suggestions.
