Does this contain the diffusion method for protein generation? or Will the diffusion code be added here recently?

I second @donglg1309's question. It looks like they haven't added either the source code or the data to train or test RFDiffusion yet.

Here is something that might interest you: the FoldingDiff repository on GitHub (https://github.com/microsoft/foldingdiff). As of April 9, 2023, it seems to be the only repository with training code available for the diffusion model.
