Hi! I wonder where to find the local version of Afcycdesign for large scale cyclic peptide structure prediction metioned in RFpeptides as I only found the colab version at https://colab.research.google.com/github/sokrypton/ColabDesign/blob/gamma/af/examples/predict.ipynb ? Thanks for any reply!
