How to use RFpeptides in RFdiffusion?

The supplementary materials of the RFpeptides paper state that "all the required changes for implementing RF peptides have now been incorporated into the RFdiffusion codebase", but I can't seem to find them.

"CODE AVAILABILITY" The code and scripts for running the RFpeptides pipeline will be released upon publication. The scripts used for this work are also available as Supplementary Files.
