Mutation prediction for protein complex using rfjoint_mutation_effect_prediction.py

Hi, I am wondering if such mutation prediction work on protein complex. Since it requires a msa file, I guess it only works on monomer, is it? Is it possible to add linkers between subunit to make a single chain to make it work?
