psipred4 missing

When I calculate Rosetta interface metrics by running sbatch --mem 5g --wrap "../../scripts/get_interface_metrics.py output/run2/trf_relax/"

I get sh: /software/psipred4/runpsipred_single: No such file or directory

How can I install psipred4?
