Celeste patches for Linux?

Hi, I'm sorry if I'm opening this in the wrong place or if I'm missing something entirely obvious.

Celeste has a native Linux port that can be downloaded through Steam. The patch .exe's released here can be ran through Wine, but they target the Windows version of the game only. Considering there's more than simply editing the binary to locate and replace canonical resolution / ratio strings, I wonder if the code for the patchers can be made available or if a version targeting the Linux executable could be made instead.
