Stall on "Downloading components"

Tried it a couple times using different directories. Each time the window pops up it's blank and stays that way. Zip file did download in the temp folder but never the final destination. Tried using Project 64 but it says the Plugins haven't initialized successfully. I'm using a Windows 10.

Try disabling Anti-Virus software temporarily. Windows Defender is such software.
