Installing crashes Safari

I have tried to install several times from this page. Safari crashes as soon as I hit the "Install" button:

I get an error when trying to install it on the latest version as of this date of Safari (11.0.3).

"Safari can’t install this extension" An error occurred while installing the extension “Favicon Bar”.

Sorry folks, is this still occurring for anybody? I just reimaged my MacBook with High Sierra and was able to install from that location on Safari 11.1 and Safari Technology Preview without issue.

I will be looking into if we can move this to the Mac App Store since that is where extensions are moving to.
