iOS does not receiving transaction when open from terminated state

Does someone encounter this problem on iOS? Reproduce step:

  • Connect wallet app to dApp
  • Kill wallet app
  • Request transaction from dApp
  • Open wallet app
  • -> some time eth_sendTransaction work, some time does not! And only happen on iOS.
