Crash after random turn off

I have random shut down electricity in my country after some months my tv which running root start getting crashes and some problems like remote controller doesn't work spically cursor not responsive wifi doesn't work when i restart all problems fix and after a 5 minute or less they came back the only fix helped me was reformatting tv root it again with my earlier issue still exist ( random electric go off ) i got the same problems again any fix ?? And thank you
