Is it possible to enable ALL the options anytime and anywhere?

I hate how lg limits the customization of these tvs, I have a lg c1 and 3/4 of the options that would interest me are always gray and locked ... Can I unlock everything?

What do you mean specifically? There's a chance some configuration options are disabled due to hardware limitations.

I would like to enable Automatic volume when there are headphones connected to the TV to avoid volume fluctuations
