Modifying Home Screen to remove ads/recommendations

EDIT: I have made a lot of progress and successfully removed ads and the AI Board at the top of the screen. I am continuing to work on this. When I have finished customizing the home screen to my liking I will share the script either with a pull request here or with my own repo.

Will you also make a "How To" so we can remove for our own liking?

Any ETA on this? I also saw RecommendInterfaces qml, but as it was read only I too didn't wanted to mess with that.
