Rewrite build pipeline

Right now the module is stuck at 4.2.13 cause the build process on appveyor fails with an exception. I need help in reworking the pipeline and finally build 4.2.14 with the console hang fix.

I'd really like to carry on the project but right now I'm short on spare time but understand that the pending fix is a lot valuable for daily usage of the module.

To anyone who wants to contribute I can give contributor access to the repo.

I'm pretty certain it is failing because of a bug. The build process works on my local copy now.

I am running the version from the PR I sent yesterday, and it has solved my problem(so far :-) ).
